Hi,

This is my feedback for the Bach Flower combination for ‘winter blues’. I approximately used a bottle and a half now and temporarily stopped. During the holidays I had a breakdown but I managed to get better really soon. 

Now, this last week I feel kind of stable. My head is more clear and calmer. Also my feelings of anxiety and commotion have been gone. 

The only thing that remains is that I can’t seem to fall asleep at night… But maybe there’s another mix for that?
