Hi Tom,

First and foremost, thank you for the speedy delivery of both bottles of your personal Bach Flower mix for my mother. Unfortunately one of the packages didn't arrive.

Further, I'd like to thank you for helping my mother with the Bach Flowers. She now started her third bottle and she's doing better. She regained her strength and remains calm when something goes wrong. She can deal much better with stressful situations and the problems with her blood pressure are gone as well. Even the itchy feeling (maybe caused by the Diureticum) is also diminishing since we stopped with the product. Her blood pressure continues to be ok, so I guess we can reduce her medication.

Besides, her behaviour towards me is different. We laugh together and she's open minded towards new things. She's more calm, more balanced and more interested. I never thought it was possible to create such changes. Frankly, I'm impressed.

If any health problems occur in my family, I'll be happy to contact you again.

Thanks again, for bringing back my old mom!
