For more than 20 years, I've been living with an important insomnia issue. Over the past three years, I have learned to live with that issue, but with the years passing by, it has been getting worse. During the nights, I was only able to get a few hours of sleep. After the death of my sister, which really affected me, I was not able to handle my insomnia anymore and I had to take sleeping pills. So for three years, I was taking one pill every evening and often two to fall asleep.

As I’m a person that doesn’t like to take pills etc., I didn’t want to depend on them my whole life, but I didn’t see any solution that would help me. One day, I saw a post from Mariepure on Facebook on my feed. I exchanged an email with Tom, and following on from this, he made me a personal formula.

Actually, it’s been a month and a half that I've been taking my drops and for the past two weeks, I haven't needed sleeping pills anymore to sleep. It’s a big victory for me, because not only do I sleep, but I sleep so much better. My sleep is more restorative. Even with the sleeping pills, I was awake very early in the morning.
