Hi Tom, I have finished the 3 month supply you sent me. I have noticed in the past couple of weeks a change in my thought pattern, Where I am more aware of my thought process, judging myself to harshly! Being more sympathetic to myself. But I feel I still need to let go!! From feeling fearful and panicky, also let go of resentment.
