Dear Tom,

I received my mix on Tuesday, 31st of May, and started taking it immediately, that’s about 4 and a half weeks ago now. I have become a new person :-).

The old Silvana, who I wanted to return, came back - just stronger and more balanced than before. I quickly felt a positive effect after 2-3 days. And it is getting better every day. The relationship with the boys has improved, we get along very well now. I have more patience and understanding of them and I don’t get as irritated and aggressive anymore, not as quickly. Last week there was a difficult incident with my cousin. But I stayed relaxed and rational. Then my ex called me on Saturday and there were some not very nice words spoken. But I kept being relaxed, calm and easy. Normally I would have exploded and fallen into a deep hole…

I also notice that I am able to give and receive love once more. This is very beautiful. The pounds are decreasing too and it’s easy for me to eat healthily now. There are no fears of the future anymore. I just believe in God and trust that everything is going to be fine.

What’s completely new to me is: I am able to defend myself. Two weeks ago I terminated a friendship from one day to another, because I realized that this friendship did not give me anything, except steal my energy, time and power. I can stand up for my own opinion now, without fearing that I could hurt the other person, and I am able to tell what I like and what I don’t like.

I am now doing very well. The only thing which has increased a bit, is smoking. Before I smoked about a half packet a day, 10 cigarettes approx. Now it is a little bit more than one package daily, about 20-25 cigarettes. And that’s not so good, particularly because I want to quit smoking.

I’d like to continue the treatment and I would like to reorder two more bottles. Would it be possible to change something concerning the smoking? I just hope I don't gain weight again.
