Helped to lift my despondency

I have just finished my personal remedy (started 18th April) and have already placed another order.

I think the remedy has helped a lot! I have mainly enjoyed the last five weeks of my life, having felt quite despondent for several months previously.

In the last three weeks, someone new has come into my life! He has helped me a great deal, with my self-belief, lots and lots of encouragement and affection. I don’t know if it can be a lasting relationship, as our lifestyles are not that well aligned (he is a very creative person, happy to live on very little!) but our hopes and dreams for sharing our lives with someone we can connect with emotionally is compatible. I think he could be good for me, as he is more grounded and level-headed than me. I seem to have fallen in love with this beautiful man!

I have been going out and playing music at open mic nights. Great to see friends again and they have all been wonderfully supportive about the news of my recent split. I have been embracing these friendships more than ever and starting to make new acquaintances.

Also, since I started with this personal remedy, I have managed to cut down on my wine consumption, which had been creeping up. I have also been eating less and more healthily. I’ve definitely lost a few pounds, as I can get into trousers that I haven’t been able to for about four years!

I have started going on a few walks, although still need to do more!

I am feeling very energetic, finding it easier to work creatively on writing songs and rehearsing music, plus taking beautiful photos of my surroundings and also the new man in my life.
