Dear Tom,

I am now starting on my third bottle, my third month of Bach flower mix 84 'Breathing problems' for my chronic hyperventilation.
This is to replace my medication and relieve their side-effects.
The Bach flowers give me a greater feeling of peace and strength, enabling me to live with my complaints, and they have a better influence on my mood. In combination with some exercise, I can suppress my anxiety through the whole day.

I have had good results regarding mix 84
