Dear Tom,

First, let me say that, even though I have used Bach Flower Remedies for many years, the combination you created for pain is remarkable. The pain started to diminish the first day I took the drops, and continues peel off in layers. My whole energy field feels stronger - and I feel more present to my body.

The reason I use things like Bach flowers is because my body is extremely sensitive to medications and supplements. If there is a side effect, I will usually experience it. Bach flowers and Chinese herbs are my best choices. Even then, my acupuncturist gave up trying to recommend dosage - just lets me start with a minimal dosage and work my up until I go toxic, then I back off - it takes about a week. I never have side effects with the Remedies but have found that few people in the States understand them as real medicine.
