My 3-and-a-half-year-old Labrador Duke had some inflammations in his ears during his puberty, and he became scared of other dogs and aggressive towards them. The same with large people in dark clothes, he was scared and became aggressive. If we were walking and met something on our way which had not been there the day before, he became extremely scared and tried to run away.

I found your website through a search engine and I was very satisfied, by your customer service as well as the effects of the Bach flowers.

I asked Tom hundreds of questions before making an order for a tailor-made composition for Duke. Tom always answered with a great deal of patience and with high expertise.

Duke has been taking his mixture now for about one month and I noticed some changes after just one week. Now he is much more relaxed when meeting other dogs and unforeseeable situations are no longer dangerous. I wonder how this will be after three months of treatment. Because of his former illness he does not take anything on his tongue, so he gets his drops six times a day with a small piece of cucumber.

Now I have ordered a second time, because my dog cannot lie and the success is simply visible. Thank you Tom. I wish you and your family a merry Christmas.
