Hi Tom Vermeersch,

First of all, thank you for the fast processing and shipping on Friday. We started on Saturday with the mix.

I am so happy that this personal Bach flower mix has already demonstrated its first effects after only five days. He is not agitated anymore and barks much less, his hysterical barking (because of being afraid) has decreased too and when he does start, than we are able to quieten him down much faster. During the daytime he also stays for some time in his basket, he never did this before.

My dog Oskar and I will continue the treatment for sure - because if the dog feels well, then the owner does too.

It is really wonderful that you made so much effort and that you have taken all Oskar's details into account.
