Hello Tom,

My life looks so much better in comparison to a month ago. My friends say that I’m the “old Gina” again. I’m happy again, open and sociable.

I have been divorced for about 2 years. It has been a fighting divorce, as they say in common tongue. I can assure you that a divorce like that takes a lot out of a person. I lost about 10 kg in weight, ate nothing anymore and no longer had a goal in life.

After my divorce I was really intolerable: agitated, seeing everything black, critical, down… A divorce gets the worst out of a person. I never expected that this would be me. Luckily a divorce also has some positive points. I have the feeling I came out as a stronger person.

It’s as if the Bach flowers gave me insight that there is no point in staying depressed and sulking. The way I was coping with the divorce wasn’t a good way and I started to realise this. My joy in life started to come back slowly and I picked up what I lost after my divorce.

They say you have to go through a deep valley before you reach it. Well, this feeling I have, but now I’m out of the valley and so alive!
