My experience with the Bach Flower Remedy for mood swings

Good afternoon Tom,

With this mail, I 'll let you know the experience I had with the Bach flower combination against mood swings. The symptoms are not all gone but it has improved a lot. I think I have been taking these drops for approximately 6 weeks, 6 times a day 4 drops. I am very strict in it and haven’t forgotten a single day, yes that’s how I am.

The issues that have improved:

• I became much calmer, have less of a temper and can control myself better.
• Less fearful.
• Optimistic, more cheerful, happier

Issues that haven’t improved a lot:

• Still have some mood swings.
• I could use some extra self confidence

I’ll keep using the social/emotional issues drops, as you recommended, and I hope everything will be alright in time. I have faith in it.
