Thank you for the order, which I have now received.

You asked for feedback on Bach flower remedies. 

I have been using them for a number of years. I must admit, there have been time when I could not have coped without them.

It was only by chance I saw the First Aid remedy, which I haven’t seen before. Unfortunately I suffer from white coat syndrome ++ regarding having my blood pressure taken. This has built up of many years and has steadily got worse. For some reason I forgot to take Rescue Remedy the last time I went and  it was particularly bad, so when I saw this I ordered it to have in reserve for another time.

All is back in order

I'd rather use something natural

I'm not sure how to explain it but my panic wasn't all consuming and personal, there was much more mental space and my body was more relaxed.

I am not the same anymore
