How long do I have to take the drops?

To get good results that are also definite, it is advised to take the drops over a period of three months.

How long does 1 Bach flower bottle last?

On a dosage of 6 x 4 drops one bottle will last a month.

Can I take different Bach flower mixes together?

You can take two different Bach flower mixes at a time without any problem.

My child goes to school and only comes back in the evening, how do I give the drops?

In the morning when your child gets out of bed or at night before bedtime you give 4 drops. You can put the rest in a bottle of water (or in his/her favourite drink), then your child can drink it during the day.

In the morning you apply 4 drops and again 4 drops just before school. When your child gets home you give 4x4 drops again, the last ones before bedtime. Makes sure there is at least half an hour between different intakes. 

Can I drink coffee or eat mint while taking the drops?

You can eat or drink anything you like, including coffee and mint, it doesn't have a negative effect on the working Bach flowers.

How do the drops taste?

The drops have the taste of water and are therefore neutral in taste. Even small children do not have any problems taking these drops.

Can I take Bach flowers when I'm pregnant?

The Bach flower combinations are a 100% safe and can be taken during pregnancy. They will not bring any harm to the baby or mother; on the contrary, they ensure a healthy pregnancy.

Can I combine these drops with antidepressants?

You can combine the Bach flower mixes with antidepressants; it will not influence the working of the antidepressants.

Can I combine Bach flowers with normal medication?

You can combine Bach flowers with normal medication. Both will work separately from each other.
